Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra in Letchworth State Park - Schedule of Events!
The BPO will perform classical & pop favorites at 8pm culminating with fireworks over the gorge at 9:30pm. The Saturday, July 14th events will be held at the Archery Field Overlook in the park, just inside the Castile entrance. All activities are outdoors and the public is encouraged to bring their chairs and blankets. Here's the schedule of events!
Haunted History Trail of New York State Wins 2018 PRism Award
The Haunted History Trail of New York was recognized at the 2018 Rochester PRism Awards on Thursday, Jun. 14. The statewide tourism trail earned two recognitions for excellence in marketing and public relations – one first-place PRism Award and one Award of Excellence. The New York State Puppet Festival is now underway!
The New York State Puppet Festival is the first of its kind in the state – a gathering of game-changing, internationally renown puppet artists and masters to perform their works and discuss emerging topics in the art form. National Travel and Tourism week is May 6 – 12, 2018 and we were pleased to join with the Wyoming County Board of Supervisors in declaring it Travel and Tourism week in Wyoming County. The Wyoming County Board of Supervisors will pass an official proclamation recognizing the week at their regular Board meeting on May 8, 2018.
Third Wyoming County Restaurant Week is April 29 - May 5
If you’re looking for great food and warm hospitality close to home, then Wyoming County Restaurant Week is for you. The Wyoming County Chamber and Tourism has again partnered with the Warsaw Country Courier; Arcade Herald, and WCJW Radio to host the third annual restaurant week in Wyoming County. The event runs from April 29 thru May 5 at restaurants from every corner of Wyoming County.
Wyoming County's Favorite Fish-Fry Winner Announced
The Wyoming County Chamber and Tourism is pleased to announce that the Wyoming Inn, located at 1 South Academy St., in the Village of Wyoming, received the highest number of votes for first place in the first Wyoming County Favorite Fish-Fry contest. The winner will receive a certificate of recognition to display at their business location.
Pankow Farm in Castile to Host 2018 Wyoming County Agri-Palooza
The Wyoming County Chamber and Tourism and event partner Wyoming County Farm Bureau are pleased to announce the 2018 Agri-Palooza will be held at Pankow Farm, 5808 Glen Iris Road, Castile, NY. This is the eighth year of the award-winning daylong event, which highlights agriculture in Wyoming County and welcomes the public to spend the day on a working farm. The free event takes place on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from Noon until 4:00 PM.

Tourism Is Big Business for Wyoming County Providing Revenue, Jobs, and Opportunities For Tourists and Residents
Tourism is big business for Wyoming County and the state’s recent tourism report backs it up with solid and exciting numbers. Wyoming County’s tourism program continues to build on the momentum of previous successes by reaching out to more visitors with new promotions, targeted marketing, and strong partnerships. The new report shows that Wyoming County’s tourism impact is up 6.3% representing $43.8 million in traveler spending up over 2015 levels. Wyoming County is also the second highest in terms of growth in the Greater Niagara region.
Explore the new Wyoming County Geocaching Trail!
The Wyoming County Chamber and Tourism office announced the first Wyoming County Geocaching Trail (WyCoGT) is available and ready to navigate. Geocaching is a family-friendly outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS-enabled devices. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and attempt to find a geocache (container) hidden at that location.

On February 16, 2017, Wyoming County Chamber & Tourism unveiled the 2017 Wyoming County Travel Guide at the Wyoming County Ag & Business Center in Warsaw!
