Wyoming County Maple Weekends - March 22-23 & 29-30
Wyoming County is one of the leading maple producers in New York State. Located in Western New York near Buffalo and Rochester, come enjoy this amazing family-oriented county-wide event. There are 20 Wyoming County Maple Syrup Producers Association members open for Maple Weekends, which is the most per county in the entire state!
Over the course of two weekends, visit maple syrup houses and enjoy maple syrup, candies, etc. as you watch how it is made:
- Wyoming County Maple Weekend #1 - Saturday March 22nd & Sunday 23rd from 10AM-4PM (unless otherwise noted).
- Wyoming County Maple Weekend #2 - Saturday March 29th & Sunday 30th from 10AM-4PM (unless otherwise noted).
During both Maple Weekends, explore maple farms throughout Wyoming County. See how syrup is made, taste delicious samples, buy plenty of maple products like syrup, sugar, candy, BBQ sauce, mustard, maple slushies, mapleccinos, cotton candy, maple cream, hot sauce, maple tea and so much more!

Located in Letchworth State Park at the Humphrey Nature Center - activities run from 10am-4pm, with a pancake breakfast running from 10am-1pm. Learn maple production techniques, tree identification, how to tap maple trees, free educational walks/guided tours. Enjoy a pancake breakfast cooked by the Friends of Letchworth State Park using syrup from local maple producers - tickets are $8, kids under 5 eat free. Proceeds benefit Letchworth State Park projects and preservation.

- Letchworth State Park - demonstrations, educational hikes, and more!
- Demonstrations of three different maple sugaring techniques will be going on, including Haudenosaunee stone boiling, iron pot fire pit boiling, and the use of a modern evaporator.
- Hourly walks led by environmental educators will highlight maple tree identification, how to tap a tree, sap collecting and more!
- Pancake breakfast from 10am - 1pm.
